Mr. Anthony has 35 years of progressive experience in Public and Private sectors involving Construction Project Management and Program and Project Management and Analysis for EPC companies. He has 10 years of nuclear power generating station construction contract experience including NRC certification as a Level II Startup and Test Engineer at a nuclear construction site for a major East Coast public utility as part of the Owner’s site contingent for Startup System Testing and Facility Turnover. He has also been involved since then with the management of Government Contractor (both Prime and Sub) work scopes and large Private Sector program scopes which encompass Research & Development, Construction, Environmental Restoration, IT, and D&D project scope.
Mr. Anthony specializes in EPC project analysis utilizing Earned Value Management Systems approaches combined with Integrated Scheduling System techniques to develop and execute realistically achievable plans with accurate status tracking and forecasting of contractual work scopes to achieve project and contract completions per current approved baseline dates and budgets. He is experienced in change control processes and contracts and subcontract administration techniques and approaches. Special emphasis and experience involving Project planning, scheduling, cost analysis, and variance reporting with forecasting of Project remaining budgets and time durations needed to complete on-time and within budget constraints. Mr. Anthony has a BA degree in 06/73 from Eastern Washington University in Business Management and Finance.
