Ricardo Vargas
Operations/Project Manager
Mr. Vargas holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineer and Management Systems with an emphasis on Project Management and Information Technology. In addition, he has earned a Business Certificate from the Foster School of business at the University of Washington.
Mr. Vargas has more than 16 years of combined experience in project management; he has successfully led in his career various multimillion dollar projects and he provides consulting and advisory assistance to clients on construction management issues, claims preparation and analysis, damage assessment and quantification, and CPM scheduling and delay analysis.
As well, Mr. Vargas leads the Operations and Information Technology team to help customers analyze and classify large volumes of data creating discovery databases facilitating the creation of high impact presentations and demonstrative evidence to simplify construction themes for claims and dispute resolution.
