Mr. Carnes has more than 26 years experience in the construction industry. Range of experience includes responsibilities as Craftsman, Foreman, Project Superintendent, Estimating, Office Engineer, Project Engineer and Project Manager. Mr. Carnes has worked on a wide range of successful projects including retail space, office space, schools, process and industrial, federal computer facilities, federal courtroom and chambers, county courthouse, parking structure, dams and water works and correctional facilities.
