Mr. Castorina has over 30 years construction industry experience. He holds a BS Degree, is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC). Mr. Castorina has also received Disputes Review Board Foundation (DRBF) .Administration and Practice. and .Advanced Chair. training. He has provided Project/Construction Management, Contract administration, Project Controls, claims, and dispute resolution services in both public/private sectors with projects ranging in value from $1Million to $15 Billion.

The evolution of Mr. Castorina's hands-on career includes work in capacities of Field Engineer, Senior Welding Engineer, Project Engineer, Construction/Project Manager, Manager of Decontamination & Decommissioning Operations (plutonium production reactors and ancillary facilities), and President of CPR Group, Inc..

Mr. Castorina's construction projects experience includes:
