Craig Roth - Senior Construction AnalystMr. Roth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The College of Idaho and an Associate degree in Construction Technology from Sierra College in California. He has earned the internationally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation from the Project Management Institute. In addition, Mr. Roth has been a licensed Realtor since 1996.

Mr. Roth has been employed in the construction industry for 25 years in the areas of hospitality high-rise, commercial, residential, mixed-use developments and historical renovation. He has managed over 35 successful construction projects over his career and has experience in private sector and federal projects. He has lead construction QA/QC and design review teams for a multi-million dollar hospitality corporation. Mr. Roth has experience on complex design-build projects as well as projects with a specified design and well focused scope and has delivered projects as General Contractor (GC), Construction Manager at-risk, and Owners’ Representative. Of particular value is the fact that his construction roots are in the trades, having participated in every phase of construction in an in-depth, hands-on capacity.

Mr. Roth’s experience covers all facets of construction including design document development, estimating, scheduling, procurement, contract management, change management, performance tracking, project closeout, and marketing. As a project manager, he is well accustomed to the challenges posed by tight timelines and budgets. Mr. Roth has effectively utilized Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule development and work package planning, budgeting and cost analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM). He has a proven history of success built on positive, professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, building officials, and tradesmen. This broad management experience provides Mr. Roth with an extensive background in multiple areas of construction project management to support the evaluation of contracts, change order and claims management to successfully find mutually beneficial resolution to the most challenging construction project issues.
