Scheduling & Budget Distribution
Accurate scheduling is vital to the successful completion of a project. There are many sophisticated scheduling computer programs on the market for this purpose. Although each of the programs has its own unique features, most will perform satisfactorily if used properly.

However, the intricacies of many computer scheduling programs can often lead to misuse. That is to say, a schedule is a tool to build a project. A project should not be used as a tool to build a schedule. Schedules are dynamic instruments. Schedules must be broken down into discernable & readily achievable segments of work. The level of breakdown must be practical and take into consideration the complexity of the tasks involved. The level of breakdown should also take into consideration the sophistication of the users of the schedule system. CPR Group, Inc. has the experience and capability to provide you with scheduling services or we can assist you in the development of your own schedules.

Many of the schedule control systems available today allow for earned value analysis of project performance. In order to accomplish this, it is necessary to allocate the budgeted resources directly to corresponding schedule line items. Incurred costs are then tracked against the budgeted costs of the respective line item. CPR Group, Inc. is intimately familiar with various techniques for earned value analysis as well as the Cost Schedule Control System Criteria employed on many Government projects.
