  Preventative Planning

It is essential that a quality project be delivered on time and within budget. One of the most damaging events that disrupt a project is a dispute or claim. The best way to resolve a problem is to avoid it in the first place. A major key in avoiding disputes is to fully understand your own contract.

In addition to the legalities of a contract, it is as equally important to understand the practical implications of the various contract clauses. It is essential that you understand the full spectrum of your practical responsibilities and establish and maintain management systems accordingly. Management systems should be tailored to enable you to, at a minimum, satisfy your responsibilities established by the contract. The level of sophistication of management systems should take into consideration the complexity of the project as well as the needs of the end-users of the systems. CPR Group, Inc. understands the different perspectives in which management systems are utilized and can help you tailor your systems to meet your needs.
