Construction Project Management
Managing your project
CPR Group, Inc. has been serving the Construction Industry since 1989. Our firm provides a full spectrum of construction management services that include, but are not limited to, complex bid/proposal preparation, pre-project planning, estimating, contract administration, project/construction management, computerized network (CPM) scheduling, performance monitoring (including C/SCSC, EVMS, etc.), change analysis, and change order administration, etc. In addition to starting on projects in initial planning stages, we also intercede in on-going troubled projects. Our experience with troubled projects gives us the background to rapidly assess the "true" status of a project in terms of production and financial health and formulate an effective recovery plan. Furthermore, our experience with troubled projects gives us unique insight into the many avoidable factors that often cause projects to go awry. This experience enhances our planning/scheduling & management practices that are geared to early recognition of factors that lead to difficulties and circumvent such situations from becoming problems.

CPR employs project/construction managers who have "hands-on" experience with a wide variety of projects. Our project/construction managers also possess the requisite skills and experience to perform a complete continuum of project controls functions. The skills held by CPR's project managers are among the finest you will find anywhere. Additionally, the majority of CPR project/construction managers have received their Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute, the industries' known leader in project management principles. CPR's project managers are well versed in the project management principles of scope, time, communications, cost, human resources, quality, risk, procurement, and integration. Whether you need help initiating, planning, executing, controlling or closing a project, we have the capabilities to help you.

CPR Group, Inc. has worked on a great number of both private and public sector projects to gain an appreciation for similarities and differences associated with each in areas of administration, performance monitoring and reporting. The projects we have worked on include, but are not limited to, Military Facilities, Naval/Marine Vessels and facilities, Power Generating facilities (nuclear, coal/gas fired, hyro, etc.), and Cogeneration facilities, Nuclear Production facilities, chemical Weapons Disposal facilities, Subway Station and Tunnels construction, Academic and Research facilities, major Airport construction, Environmental Restoration (radiological, chemical, mixed waste), Hydro facilities, Dams (both concrete and earthen), Fish Hatcheries/Wildlife Refuges, Retail/Commercial Buildings, Hi-rise buildings.
